To ensure that a room is available, make your reservations early!  The hotel will honor the group rate as long as rooms remain in FSBPA's block or by August 20, 2025,  whichever occurs first.

Please be mindful of the hotel's early departure fee, and notify them prior to arrival 

if your arrival or departure dates have changed.
