To ensure that a room is available, make your reservations early! The hotel will honor the group rate as long as rooms remain in FSBPA's block or by August 26, 2026, whichever occurs first.

Please be mindful of the hotel's cancelation policy and early departure fee that is equal to one night’s room stay, and notify them 72 hours prior to arrival if your arrival or departure dates have changed.
